Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 1 month (30 days) before the 3-day workshop are non-refundable. For Workshops Shorter Than 3 Days (e.g., 2-hour sessions): Cancellation & Refund: You may cancel your workshop reservation 72 hours or more before the scheduled start time and receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee from the total price. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. For Online Courses: Cancellation & Refund: You may cancel your online course reservation 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time and receive a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee from the total price.
